Polly`s EA Consulting Ltd is a Company based in Kigali Rwanda with HR generalist with broad knowledge of Human Resources functions, onboarding and from employees compensation to evaluation .
Armed with passion for HR, we are familiar with labor laws within East Africa and provide solutions to institutes with ease. Our services are far from one dimensional as we undertake a wide range of HR tasks like organizing, training, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies .
Training being one of our major roles, we are experienced with various training methods including e-learning and coaching and we are able to keep trainees engaged with interactive sessions like outdoor activities and role-playing exercises. Develop their skills and job performance.
